The Oriental is one of Brighton's original boutique guest house complete with its own funky cocktail bar. It is full of character and just 50 metres from the beach and only 10 minutes walk to the City Centre, Lanes and the nearby Brighton Conference Centre. This 4 star Regency guest house is the quintessence of Brighton and has been highly commended by the AA and recommended by, amongst others, Lonely Planet, Time Out and both The Guardian and Independent newspapers.

Whilst the luxury rooms all feature walk in showers, the spacious superior rooms all boast spa baths and showers. Some of the rooms also benefit from oblique sea views.

Our helpful staff offer a useful concierge service and knowledgeable advice to guide you through the plethora of Brighton's restaurants, bars and attractions and parking is available nearby. Road Directions

From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the A27 'Worthing'. On entering the A27, take your first exit at the top of the hill signposted Hove. This will lead you to a roundabout, here take the second exit down Dyke Road signposted Brighton. Follow this road for approximately 3 miles past two sets of traffic lights until you reach the Seven Dials roundabout. Take the 2nd to last exit into Vernon Terrace, signposted Town Centre Car Parks. Follow to the seafront, turn left into the A259 seafront road towards Brighton Pier. Take first left by the Kings Hotel into Oriental Place. The Oriental is halfway up on the right. Public Transport Directions

From Brighton railway station walk straight out of the station, down Queens Rod to the seafront, Turn right, keep on going past The Grand and the Metropole hotels. turn right after the Kings Hotel into Oriental Place. the Oriental is halfway up on the right. Alternatively take the No. 6 bus and alight at Waitrose Supermarket in Western road. Turn left at the traffic lights down Montpeiier Road and take the first left into Sillwood Place, then first right into Oriental Place. We are halfway down on the left.

From Pool Valley coach station, go onto the seafront and turn right. Keep walking past the now West Pier
