Racing Greens – in a prime location on Littlehampton's sea front - offers bed & breakfast in a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The freshly refurbished rooms are tastefully presented, with a mix of classic and contemporary touches, and, with only two B&B rooms, you can enjoy a special level of personalised care and attention from hosts Alan & Eileen. This combination has earned a Silver Award in addition to our 4-star rating.

Breakfasts are an important part of any stay. Tailored to individual tastes, our Racing Greens selection has earned us an VisitEngland Breakfast award of which we are justifiably proud. We offer a wide range of breakfast options and can cater for a variety of special dietary needs if required.

Our Victorian home, built in 1895 by the Duke of Norfolk, mixes old and new styles but comfort, cleanliness and service are timeless. We offer guests a choice of one ensuite bedroom with queen-size (5ft) double bed: or our larger bedroom with king- size (6ft) double bed (this can also be a twin room with two single beds) and super en-suite shower room. The rooms are bright, are WI-Fi enabled, and have flat screen TV with Freeview channels; refreshment trays; mini fridge and a range of thoughtful extras.

Our superb location faces the Greens and Littlehampton’s Blue Flag beach, and there are many local facilities within easy reach. The shops; a superb range of cafes and restaurants (from the avant-garde to the traditional); the popular beach and sea front, the river with its marina, and other varied leisure facilities are all just a few minutes walk and this is easy as the area is flat.

Sussex offers a wonderful selection of places to visit, to suit all ages and interests. Public transport facilities are also easy to reach, and there are good walking and cycling opportunities - we welcome Cyclists and Walkers with extra facilities to make your stay easier. If you are visiting the area for a holiday, or as part of a tour, we have a special knowledge of the area and can offer lots of ideas and information on places to visit.

Racing Greens is an excellent choice for a stay in Littlehampton whether you are on holiday, or on business; whether you want to unwind, relax or indulge in the variety of activities on offer.

Our B&B is not suitable for children but families are welcome in our self-catering apartments. We also have an access statement to aid those with special requirements. Further details are on our website.

Road Directions

From motorways M23 or M27 via A27 to A259, follow signs for Littlehampton. Leave A259 for B2187 signposted Littlehampton Centre and Seafront. Follow the brown tourist signs to seafront and 'the carousel horse' which is to Harbour Park (fun park). Racing Greens faces the Greens and promenade, east of the Windmill (theatre and restaurant) and Harbour Park.
