A comfortable home in a rural lane, surrounded by fields and horses, Eastmere House offers quiet and relaxing accommodation mid-way between Arundel and Chichester.
The spacious en-suite double bedroom on the first floor can become a private family suite, using an adjacent single bedroom.
The twin groundfloor room, together with dining and other facilities, (bathroom and guest lounge) are graded for disabled guests at first level M1".
The twin room also has a large private bathroom adjacent – with whirlpool bath and large walk-in shower and hand-holds. Solar panels augment water heating. Both bedrooms have a new TV/DVD and guest refrigerator.
The large lounge has TV and reclining chairs. A healthy English breakfast includes homemade preserves. This may be enjoyed in the new conservatory or dining room. We recommend local, attractive country pubs with restaurants serving quality meals.
Add high sunshine records to the warm welcome offered by the owners, Jean and Bernard, and you have the perfect setting for a restful stay.

Road Directions
From the north (A29/ A27), Fontwell roundabout, take the A29 South, signed Bognor Regis. Eastergate Lane is the second turning left. The house is less than half a mile on the left just past Eastmere Stables, with a name plaque on a small gallows, opposite a row of black and white bollards.
From Bognor Regis, take A29 North. Bear left at the Lion War Memorial Eastergate, onto the A29. Take 2nd right into Eastergate Lane.
