This boutique style apartment consists of an open plan living room, breakfast bar and kitchen combined, large double bedroom (with en-suite shower room), second good-sized double bedroom, main bathroom and hallway study area. Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard throughout, it is fully furnished and equipped with wireless broadband and digital flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. There is also a rear, communal garden with riverside terrace.

Located in the heart of the city centre within close proximity of the Oxford Castle (0.1 miles), Train Station (0.4 miles), Bus Station (0.3 miles) and the various restaurants, museums and shopping facilities Oxford has to offer. No allocated parking, but ample car parking is available locally.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, scottfraser are contactable 24 hours a day should you require assistance in any way. To prepare for your stay we are happy to arrange any special requests such as the provision for a night cot, restaurant/theatre reservations, food/drink etc. Bike storage facility available on request. A complimentary hamper of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided upon your arrival.

Minimum stay of one week (seven nights). Rates are as follows:

One week to one month - £895 per week

One month plus - £3500pcm

Rental rate is inclusive of all utilities and a weekly linen and towel service.
