World Famous Events in Eastbourne
The world’s leading contemporary art prize - the Turner Prize, comes to Towner Eastbourne from 28 September 2023, marking an exceptional year of culture on the Sunshine Coast.
See the works from all short-listed artists across the entire gallery until 14 January 2024, or visit during the Rothesay International in June to watch top tennis stars and be wowed by fast jets at Eastbourne’s free International Airshow in August.
All this and the chance to explore filming locations including Netflix’s The Crown, miles of pristine beaches and sweeping South Downs National Park.

Bournemouth Air Festival Returns 31st August - 3rd September 2023
Be it on land, at sea or in the air there is plenty to entertain at Bournemouth Air Festival. Since 2008, nearly 10.5 million people have enjoyed this award-winning festival.
In 2022 we welcomed the Red Arrows, Typhoon, Chinook, and many other iconic aircraft performing graceful and daring displays- both day and night. Out in the bay visiting craft have activities at sea, view them all from our stunning beaches and cliff.
